FAQS

Q: My pool leaks more while running?

A: The plumbing naturally leaks more while running because of pressure, but vessel issues/holes in liners loosen up while water circulates. Electronic Scanning of liner or sonic tests on the vessel will be needed to locate problems. Pressure testing of plumbing can confirm the integrity of pipes.

Q: Does air coming into my pump mean lines are broken?

A: Seals in pipes and at the pump can cause this issue. Blockage in lines could cause problems as well. Testing of the lines at the time of diagnostic service consists of blowing out the lines to confirm the direction of water flow.

Q: My pool seems to leak at different rates? Why is this?

A: Plumbing problems will usually leak more when your system is running. One way to test this is to run the pump for 24 hours checking the water level. Then try shutting the pump off for 24 hours and see if there is a difference. Another common cause may be in the vessel as dirt and debris can clog up holes or leaks in vinyl and concrete pools.
